摘要
以衣康酸、苯乙烯磺酸钠为单体,以水为溶剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,制得了衣康酸-苯乙烯磺酸钠二元聚合物阻垢剂。考察了反应温度、反应时间、单体配比、引发剂用量等对聚合物阻碳酸钙垢效果的影响,结果表明,当反应温度为95℃,反应时间为2h,单体配比n(衣康酸)∶n(苯乙烯磺酸钠)=4.5∶1,引发剂质量分数为9%(占单体总质量),在此工艺条件下得到的衣康酸-苯乙烯磺酸钠聚合物阻垢剂阻碳酸钙效果最好。
The scale inhibition of polimer IA-SSS was synthesized with itaconic acid(IA),styrene sulfonic sodium(SSS)as monomers,water as solvent,ammonium persulfate as initiator.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,mole mass proportion and mass fraction of initiator of the copolymer were studied.The experimental results showed that the copolymer had an excellent efficiency of scale inhibition against CaCO3 when the reaction temperature was 95 ℃,mole mass proportion was IA∶ SSS=4.5∶ 1,9% by weight of the mass fraction of initiator in total monomers,reaction for 5 h.
