为提高CB-20B齿轮泵机械密封的密封性能与使用寿命,分析了该型泵机械密封的失效原因,并采取相应的改进措施,即提高石墨平面度、提高粘结的稳定性、改进试漏夹具等,彻底解决了该泵机械密封的泄漏问题。

For improving the sealed performance and using life of the mechanical seal of the CB-20B gear pump,failure cause analysis of the mechanical seal of the pump was analyzed and the relevant measures were adopted,including the improving planeness of graphite,improving the felting stability and mending the experiment leakage clamp. The leakage problems of the mechanical seal of the pump were completely resolved.
