摘要 采用扫描电镜、低倍检验、金相检验、力学试验和化学分析等方法,分析了齿轮轴发生断裂的原因。结果表明,齿轮轴断裂属于疲劳断裂;齿轮轴疲劳断裂的主要原因是渗碳层存在严重组织缺陷(网状渗碳体),系由渗碳热处理工艺不当所致;渗碳层深度不够、晶粒粗大以及齿轮轴心部存在大量块状铁素体也促进了齿轮轴的疲劳断裂过程。 Analysis was performed on the crack zone of gear-axel by means of electron scanning microscopy,macroscopic examination,metallographic microstructure examination,mechanical properties test and chemical composition analysis.The results showed that the gear-axle failure was resulted from fatigue fracture due to the existence of severe carburizing microstructure defects(Network Cementite),which was caused by inappropriate carburizing heat treatment.Besides,insufficient carburized depth,large grain size and plentiful block ferrites in the core of gear axel were also the reasons of the failure process.
