摘要
目的:研究僵蚕提取物中组成蛋白质的氨基酸残基种类与含量,为其质量控制和抗凝活性作用物质基础研究提供依据。方法:将样品用盐酸水解后采用RP-HPLC法测定15种氨基酸残基的种类与含量。结果:僵蚕提取物含有15种氨基酸残基,其总量为48.7%,其中谷氨酸、丙氨酸和缬氨酸残基较多,蛋氨酸和辅氨酸残基在水解过程中被破坏而未测出。结论:僵蚕提取物中的主要成分为蛋白质、多肽类成分,它们含有所测的15种氨基酸残基。该定量方法准确、可控,可用于僵蚕样品中氨基酸残基的分析。
OBJECTIVE:To assay amino acid residues in proteins and peptides in bombyx batryticatus extract.METHOD:Proteins and peptides were hydrolyzed by HCL into amino acids and then determined by HPLC.RESULTS: The contents of total of 15 kinds of amino acids were 48.7%.CONCLUSION:Proteins and peptides containing 15 kinds of amino acid residues are the main components of bombys batryticatus extract.The method is accurate reliable and controllable.
