摘要
从分析气排球的诞生和气排球运动的特点入手,论述了气排球运动的健身价值,提出合理修改气排球规则,使气排球运动更利于推广、更符合广大群众的意愿,让更多人群享受气排球运动的快乐。
This paper analyzes,from the perspectives of the gas volleyball's coming into being and the characteristics of the gas volleyball games,the gas volleyballs' fitness value and suggests that necessary adjustments should be made to the rules of gas volleyball games,so that gas volleyball will be more conducive to being promoted,and more in line with the wishes of the masses and more people will enjoy the happiness gas volleyball brings to them.
