高锁螺栓、高锁螺母的国产化研制 被引量:10

摘要 高锁螺栓、高锁螺母具有高强度、高抗疲劳、预紧力安装、自锁等优良特性,它们在直升机结构中广泛应用。本文论述了高锁螺栓、高锁螺母的国产化研制特点及关键技术。研制结果表明,国产化UNJ螺纹的钛合金高锁螺栓、不锈钢抗拉型高锁螺母尺寸与国外标准件一致,可实现互换安装,产品性能达到了国外同类件性能指标要求,可以替代安装。 Hi-Lock pins and nuts are used at helicopters widely for their hi-strength,high fatigue values,build-in preload,self-locking and other characteristics.This paper clarified the characteristics during researching and producing of these pins and nuts.Research shows the civil products have the same figuration and function to the Hi-Lite series and they can fit interchanging.
