摘要
尾桨轴为直升机传动系统中的关键部件,疲劳破坏为其主要的失效模式。本文结合某直升机尾桨轴的疲劳试验,介绍了疲劳试验设计、试验实施方案设计的工作内容和方法。考虑试验的考核要求,对锥齿面啮合处约束边界进行工程简化,设计了防扭结构。将试验载荷分解到作动器上进行协调加载,实现旋转弯矩和剪力绕尾桨轴轴线的旋转,模拟了真实载荷的传递和分布。根据飞行谱和使用载荷确定低周疲劳载荷谱,并给出了既满足加载要求,又易于实现的加载方法。
