摘要
职业生涯管理作为人力资源管理的重要内容,已受到日益重视与推广。然而IT产业知识型员工的职业生涯管理究竟是巩固了企业与员工的心理契约、提升了企业的管理效益、促进了员工的职业发展,还是增加了企业的人力成本、提高了企业的人才风险、降低了员工的组织忠诚,仍有待验证。文章在相关研究基础上,提出IT产业知识型员工职业生涯管理对IT企业人力资源管理进而对企业及个体发展的影响假设,并通过对30家IT企业366名知识型员工的问卷调查进行验证。
