基于主成分分析的陕西科技竞争力实证研究

Empirical Research on Science and Technology Competitiveness of Shaanxi Province Based on Principal Components Analysis

由于主成分分析是一种实用的多元统计分析方法,能消除样本指标之间的相关性,在保持样本主要信息的前提下,提取少量具有代表性的主成分。所以,近年来在多指标评价上得到越来越广泛地应用。因此,文章采用主成分分析方法对陕西科技竞争力问题加以分析,其最终目的是落实科学发展观,促进陕西科技进步,推动陕西社会、经济的可持续发展。研究结果表明,陕西的科技竞争力综合水平得分为负值,这说明陕西的科技发展水平低于全国的科技整体发展水平。这显然与陕西教育大省、科教大省的地位不匹配。
