企业规模、市场结构与创新能力——来自中国37个工业行业的经验证据

Firm Size,Market Structure and Innovation Capability Based on Empirical Evidence from 37 Chinese Industrial Sectors

文章利用2003~2006年中国37个工业细分行业的面板数据,考察了企业规模、市场结构、产权结构和资本密集度等因素对创新能力的影响,得到的主要结论为:(1)企业规模、市场结构与创新能力之间呈现明显的倒U型关系;(2)产权结构在未加入利润变量的模型中对创新能力具有显著的负效应,而加入利润变量后影响减弱;(3)研发强度、工艺创新专利有利于创新能力的提高,而资本密集度在所有模型中均未产生显著影响。

Making use of the panel data of Chinese 37 Industrial Sub-sectors from 2003 to 2006,the impacts of firm size,market structure,the property structure and fund intensity on industrial innovation capacity are studied.The main conclusions are:(1) The relationship between the firm size,market structure and technological innovation capability is inverted U-relations;(2) The variable of property structure has had a significant negative effect on innovation ability,but its impact reduces after adding variable of th...
