摘要
为探索增强大学生体质的有效手段,进一步发挥体育教学在促进大学生体质方面的积极作用,研究以82名男性大学新生为研究对象,分为实验组(38名)和对照组(44名)。体育教学实施前和实施一学期后,测试和评价两组学生的体质和健康状况,并进行组间和组内比较。研究结果说明,在高校体育教学中贯彻运动处方为指导的原则可以有效地提高大学生的体质和健康状况,此研究为运动处方理论融入高校体育教学奠定了基础。
