哈尔滨体育学院学生篮球裁判员培养现状调查与分析

Present Situation and Investigate Analysis of Student Basketball Judges Cultivation in Harbin Institute of physical Education

采用文献资料法、访问法、问卷调查法等研究方法。针对学生篮球裁判员临场裁判能力不足的现状,发现问题,提出学生篮球裁判员能力的培养途径:(1)加强学生裁判员思想教育工作,篮球技战术理论和规则等基本素质的培养,(2)注重理论与实践相结合,充分加强学生心理素质培养手段,使学生更直观的观察到临场执裁时裁判员位置移动的变化,从而达到提高学生执裁的能力。
