以人为本是科学发展观的核心,但真正把以人为本在教学中落实到以学生为中心,在训练中以运动员为中心的行动中,并不是一件容易的事情。"教体育"是当我们问一位老师是教什么的时候通常得到的回答。当我们将"教体育"变为"教人学体育"时,观念就发生了变化,人变为了第一位的。从"教体育"到"教人学体育"就是学习和实践科学发展观的一种观念转变。

Focusing on the people is the core of Scientific development view,but its not easy to be implemented during teaching the students and training the athletes.P.E.is the common answer when we inquire a teacher's job description.However,when we changed teaching P.E.to teaching people oriented P.E.,a transformation took place in our idea,which means people become the fist.Virtually,the concept change from teaching P.E.to teaching people oriented P.E.implis learning and practicing Scientific development view.
