摘要
通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,对有氧运动健身的生理学原理进行研究、分析,阐述有氧运动健身的生理学意义。对人体生理功能的潜力、有氧运动机理、有氧运动实践进行分析,最后得出结论:有氧运动是保持人体全面身心健康最有效、最科学的运动方式。
Through research on some material,the essay analyses and illustrates the physiological significance of aerobic exercise and it also analyses physiological functions of the potential of the mechanism and practice of aerobic exercise.Conclusion: The aerobic exercise is the best way to maintain the overall physical and mental health of the human body.
