红松不同种源的种子储藏后对发芽率的影响

Effect of Pinus koraiensis Seeds Stored on Germination Rate from Different Areas

红松(Pinus koraiensis)是东北地区的重要造林树种之一,主要依靠培育实生苗造林。育苗中经常采用陈年种子,经对6个种源、7个批次的红松种子进行播种品质检验和场圃发芽率的测定,认为红松不同种源种子的储放时间长短与种子品质的变化关系不明显;发芽率与品质测定的结果相符合,说明有好的种源和优良的播种品质做保证,完全可以确保种子的发芽率。

Pinus koraiensis is one of major planting tree species in the northeast of China,and the stored seeds are usually used to cultivate seedlings for planting. Examination of seed quality and test of germination rate of Pinus koraiensis seeds from 6 provenances and 7 seedlots were conducted,the results showed there were not significant differences between storage period of Pinus koraiensis seeds from different areas and their seed quality,and germination rate accords with the result of seed quality test.
