从保护天然林资源的生态功能、恢复森林资源种群结构和我们国家经济社会发展形势等角度,阐述了全面停止重点国有林区天然林主伐的必要性和可行性。
The natural forest in the maintenance of ecological balance,the restoration of forest resource and the balance of national development of social and economy,playing very special and important role.Therefore,fully cessation of key state-owned forest felling of natural forests is very rational and urgent.
