普惠制是发达国家给予发展中国家的一种关税优惠制度。我国从1979年正式使用普惠制已有28年,在这28年中,该制度对于扩大我国对外出口,增加出口收益发挥了重要作用。但随着世界经济形势的发展变化,普惠制也在发生着改变。企业如何加深对普惠制的理解,以期应对这些变化所带来的困境,是本文试图探讨解决的问题。

GSP is a system that tariff concessions are granted to developing countries by developed countries.
