对建立有效的教师考核制度的思考 被引量:3

摘要 教师考核制度,是学校最基本的管理制度之一。目前我国不少学校对教师的考核在考核目的、考核者、考核标准、考核方式等方面都有可置疑之处,没有真正起到激励教师的作用。笔者认为有效的教师考核制度应体现“以人为本”的管理理念,变“管”为“服务”。
