目前,河南省民办高等教育在整体上还处于起步阶段,为了促使其快速、健康地发展,应进一步加大宣传力度,形成社会共识;进一步解放思想,营造民办高等教育发展良好氛围;完善扶持政策,优化民办高等教育办学环境;进一步提高民办高等教育的办学水平和质量;积极发挥省社会力量办学协会的桥粱纽带作用。

In order to develop it quickly and sound,we should further strengthen the publicity and form the social commom sense, further liberate our thpughts and build a good surroundings of developing community higher education, improve our supporting policies and make the school - running environment of higher education better, further try to raise the school - running level and quality of community higher education, give active play to the link of Community School - running Association.
