摘要 本文将可靠性计算和优化设计相结合的一种可靠性一优化设计方法应用于齿轮强度计算求得混合离散最优解,不仅回答了齿轮强度计算的最优问题,同时回答了齿轮传动的失效概率问题,从根本上突破了齿轮强度常规计算方法的半科学性、半经验性的种种弊端. 文章对齿轮强度的可靠性一优化计算方法的原理、算法、程序框图(含调用关系)、数学模型的建立作了详实的阐述,最后以典型算例进行了考核,并和常规的强度计算结果作了对比分析, In this paper, in order to obtain the mixed and discrete optimum solution, a method of reliability-optimum design combining reli-ability calculation and optimum design is applied to the calcula-tion of gear strength.This method not only offers the optimum solution to the determination of gear strength but also to the failure probability in gear transmission and hence overcome the various kinds of drawbacks, semi-scientific and semi-experienced,in the conventional calculation of gear strength. Moreover, the author makes a detailed exposition of the prin-ciple, algorithm, flowsheet and mathematic model and checks them against typical examples and finally makes a contrast analysis be-tween the result obtained by this method and that by conventional strength calculation.
