摘要
大学英语教学“费时低效”的原因主要有四个方面:大学英语教学定位不清;现行《大学英语教学大纲》不能适应形势发展的要求;大学英语教师急需提高自身的业务水平;大学英语四、六级考试严重干扰了大学英语教学的正常进行。
The cause of 'time-wasting,low efficiency' in College English teaching has four aspects:the unclear position of College English teaching,'the Syllabus of College English Teaching' being out of date, the need of college English teachers to improve their competency, the interference of Band - 4 and Band - 6 of CET.
