A New Model for CYL's Work of "Recommending the Best"

“推优”是共青团组织完成其战略任务的重要途径。“推优”打分制是通过对团员学生建档建卡的方式具体展开“推优”工作。“推优”打分制的优势是:公开、透明,学生随时都可查询自己或他人的得分,有利于互相监督和开展比、学、赶、超活动,有利于建立和营造良好的校风、学风,促进共同进步。

The 'recommending the best '(i.e.recommending excellent League members as targets for the Party organization's recruitment) is an important way to complete the League organization's strategic task.However,there exist some problems in this work.To normalize this work and assure its quality,we have introduced a marking system into the work.Facts have proved that this marking system is an effective management model in recommending the best.
