摘要
学生干部对促进学校学生工作的顺利开展有着十分重要的意义,如何加强学生干部队伍建设是一个十分重要的课题。学生干部要努力提高自己的思想觉悟和业务能力,在日常的工作中树立政治意识、责任意识、服务意识、学习意识、团队意识、创新意识、作风意识等七种意识,要树立“以学习为中心,走全面发展之路”的理念,在同学中起到先锋模范作用。
Student leaders play the role of a bridge in doing student work . Hence , it is essential to build up a strong contingent of student leaders. The student leaders must make every effort to improve their own ideological and political qualities as well as job skills. Particularly, in daily work they should cultivate their political awareness, awareness of duty , awareness of service , awareness of learning, awareness of team, awareness of innovation, and awareness of work style; and play an exemplary and vanguard role in work, study, school activities and other respects.
