城市化是社会经济发展的必然结果,与工业化效率密切相关,有着独特的发展规律,因此重新审视城市本质与合理解读城市化是把握这一规律的前提,也是避免在城市化过程中出现偏差,防止城市化负效应发生的必要。城市化是一项复杂的系统工程,仅从经济发展去考察是不全面的,必须按科学发展观要求,重新认识城市化以及其最终价值,实现城市的公平正义与可持续发展。

Urbanization is the inevitable outcome of socio - economic development. It is promoted by , and promotes, the development of industrialization. With the rapid development of economy and the upgrade of the industrialized level, urbanization is becoming a new and major task before us . In light of people's mistaken ideas in the process of urbanization, the present paper intends to analyse the essence of the city and some problems concerning urbanization from the perspective of the theory of a scientific outlook on developnent.
