《反分裂国家法》蕴涵着丰富的伦理思想,其伦理思想可以概括为:和平吁求,人类的道德公度;民族认同,道德义务与互涵精神向度;人论思想,人道主义的表征;非和平方式,道德终极标准的考量。
The Anti-Secession Law contains plenty of ethical concepts.Appealing for peace,national identity,respecting people,and using non-peaceful means——all this reflects man's common ethical awareness,moral obligations,humanism,and the final aim of ethics.
