A Legal Consideration of Education in the Concepts of the Socialist Rule of Law

社会主义法治理念教育的提出是我国社会主义法治建设的现实所需,是我党执政理念的重大深化和发展。加强社会主义法治理念教育,是建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求,是树立法律权威的需要,是经济建设的需要。开展社会主义法治理念教育,坚持教育的民本化思想,坚持并改善党的领导,警惕法治保守主义,重视法律职业群体的作用。

To strengthen education in the concepts of the socialist rule of law is the logical requirements arising from the building of a socialist country under the rule of law,the need of establishing the authority of law,and the need of economic development.In conducting the education,we should put people first,uphold and improve the leadership of the Party,watch out for conservatism in the rule of law,and attach importance to the role of legal workers and other law-related personnel.
