美国新教育法(NCLB)及其启示

摘要 2002年1月8日,美国开始实施新的教育法:没有一个孩子落伍(NCLB)。这是一次意义深远的教育改革行动,其根本目的是消除不同群体间的学业差距,让每个孩子接受良好的教育。本文分析了NCLB的产生背景、内容、策略、成效,尤其关注技术在NCLB改革扮演的角色,希望对中国的教育现代化建设有所启示。
