摘要
农村老龄人口是一个庞大的社会群体,随着我国人口老龄化进程加速,建立农村养老保险制度,是建设社会主义新农村发展的需要,也是让农民享有国民待遇的具体体现。
Aged people in rural areas of China comprise a huge social group.With the mounting population of aged Chinese,the establishment of endowment insurance system in the countryside is both a necessity for building a new socialist countryside and an embodiment of the farmer's enjoyment of national treatment.
