Marx's Property Right Theory: In the Perspective of Modern Western Property Right Economics

研究现代西方产权经济学视域中的马克思产权理论,对深入比较两种产权理论、推进马克思产权理论的发展具有重要意义。通过对现代西方产权经济学研究者关于马克思产权理论的内容、贡献和缺陷等认识进行梳理,并在此基础上对现代西方产权经济学研究者的认识进行了评价,指出私有产权社会化问题是马克思产权理论与现代西方产权理论的共同主题和比较的基础。

Study on Marx's property right theory in the perspective of modern western property right economics is important for comparing two types of property right theory and promoting of Marx's property right theory.Based on the analysis of the content,contribution and deficiency of Marx's property right theory made by other scholars of modern western property right economics,it is proposed that the socialization of private property rights is not only the common issue to be discussed,but also the foundation for comparing those two types of property right theories.
