摘要
传统城市交通网络设计是建立在交通量预测、已分配基础上,忽视了道路使用者可能的对设计方案的不同反应。本文通过对道路使用者(出行者)与政府各自追求目标的分析入手,建立双层博弈模型,并采用遗传算法对模型进行求解,实例的计算证明了该思想方法的可行性。
Traditionally we design the urban traffic net system based on the predicting and assigning traffic volume.The selecting right of the road users are ignored.In this papers the goal of the road users and the government can be analyzed and the game model of two-level programming can be established.In the concrete algorithm of the game model we use genetic algorithm.The correctness of the theory and model can be tested by the example.
