摘要
本文论述当前高校“教辅”的基本职能和重要作用,分析高校“教辅”的现状和存在问题,并提出建设的整体目标、内容和措施。
The essay expounds the basical functions and responsibilities of teaching auxiliary in the university. The author also analysizes the current state and problems of teaching auxiliary and puts forwards entire target, contents and devices for its construction
