生本教育理念是我在“百千万人才工程”培训中最大的收获。生本教育理念让我知道了怎样用心来做教育,让我更加了解到学生的意义与价值,从而真正感受到教育来给我们的乐趣与教育所体现的魅力。

The student-based educational idea is the biggest obtainment in the educational training. The student-based idea lets me know how to contribute our education by heart, and also makes me understand the real meaning and value of students. It is most important for me to feel now the happiness and charm the student-based education brings.
