Teachers' Job Burnout towards the Subject of Ideological and Political Theory in Higher Education-Causes and Countermeasures

本本文通过对教师职业倦怠进行深入的剖析,系统且全面地分析了高校思想政治理论课教师产生职业倦怠的内在成因,并针对该课程的特点提出改善任课教师职业倦怠的对策与方法,以求进一步提高大学生思想政治理论教育的实效性、针对性。

This paper aims to probe into the problem of teachers' job burnout.The internal causes for the burnout towards the subject of Ideological and Political Theory in higher education will be systematically analyzed.Some countermeasures will also be put forward according to the characteristics of this subject,in order to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological education towards the undergraduates.
