对民族教学点生存状态和发展路径的几点思考

摘要 多、散、少、陋、偏、贫的外部特征和落后的教师管理体制是民族教学点长期处于教师素质低下、教师积极性低下、教学秩序性低下和教育质量低下的教育生存状态的根本原因,这种状况严重制约了教育均衡发展、新农村建设和和谐社会构建。因此,通过制度创新、形式创新和加大投入以促进现阶段民族教学点的健康发展已成为一项紧迫的现实任务。在不久的将来,民族教学点将随着寄宿制学校和民族新村的繁荣而逐步退出历史舞台。 There are tow basic reasons that make the teaching posts in ethnic regions under a bad subsistence condition of education for a long time,such as the teacher having low quality and they lacking of driving force,teaching operation being disorder and the educational quality being low and so on.The first reason is the teaching post has an external feature of plenty,scatter,minority,shabbiness, remoteness and poverty,and the other is backward teacher management system is run there.This situation has damaged to the development of balanced education,the reconstruction of new-countryside and the establishment of harmonious society.Therefore,it is a critical and realistic task to make the teaching posts in a sound way of development by systemic innovation,form reformation and increase investment.And with a booming of the boarding school and the new town for ethnic minorities,teaching posts will step down from the stage of history in the near future.
