摘要
教师作为普通的人,其行为(如教书、育人、科研和自我教育)中也体现出了功利性的一面。教师行为中的功利性可以从人性的角度、社会学角度、经济学角度以及心理学角度得以解释。因此,正确对待这种功利性,尽可能减少教师功利性行为的发生,国家与政府应从几方面做出努力:继续提高教师的社会地位和待遇;继续改革教育体制尤其是考试制度;继续加强教师职业道德教育等。
utilitarism in the teacher behavior is explained from the angle of humanity,sociology, ecomomy and psychology.We should treat utilitarism well,reduce its happening as soon as possible. The state and government make effort to continue to elevate the status and treatment of teachers, continue to reform the education system,especially the examination system,continue to strengthen professional morality of teachers.
