摘要
21世纪初,我国农民整体素质有了明显提高,但与有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民之间不存在着很大差距。本文从分析农村劳动力整体状况着手,探讨农村职业教育在培养新型农民过程中的作用,提出了大力发展农村职业教育培养新型农民的几点对策建议。
At the beginning of 21 st,the whole quality of farmers in China has improved obviously, but ther is still a long distance to new farmers.This article analyzes the whole State of rural labor, discussing the effects of rural professional education in process of cultivating new farmers,and providing some police recommendations on this base.
