摘要
义务教育的均衡发展是推进社会公平的基础,纵观当前我国义务教育均衡发展的实践,存在着将义务教育均衡发展等于静态的、绝对的均衡化,进行简单的教师互换等理解与实践上的误区,需要采取加大对《义务教育法》的宣传,建立有效的教师培训制度等策略,来推进义务教育的均衡发展。
The balance development of compulsory education is the base of promoting social equality.However,having made a general survey of practice of the national compulsory education,we find there are some misunder standing points.In order to push forward the balanced development of compulsory education,we need to strengthen the propaganda of'Compulsory Education Law'and build a sufficient training system for teachers.
