摘要
本文首先分析了我国煤炭安全成本研究现状,并从理论研究范式、安全成本构成要素、安全成本的计量和管理、安全成本的效益评价等方面对目前安全成本的研究困境进行了分析,最后提出了相关解决思路与政策建议。
This article has first analyzed the present research of coal safety cost in our country,and has carried on the analysis to the research problem of the present safety cost from the theory research paradigm,the constitution of safety cost,safety cost measurement and management,the benefit evaluation of safety cost,finally has proposed the correlation solution methods and the policy suggestions.
