The Being-scientifically of decision-making method is the basis of group enterprises decision-making,it has an impact not only on the social and economic benefits of project it self but also the formation,existence,development and the product mix adjustment of enterprises.This paper analyzes the current situation and the primary problems with coal group investment decision making,and puts forward suggestions for the Being-scientifically of decision-making methods.
