Price control of contract is very important in business administration.The main point of this paper is that by following the subsequent principles to make the contract management better serve the business administration of group enterprise.The first is to deepen'three holding the pass,three unite'system and realize the procedure management of contract;the second is that the contractual Supervision and Management System should be roundly implemented;the third is the flexible application of various contract price negotiation techniques.
