论述了在集体商品林产权制度改革后,就生态林的管护机制问题进行了深入调查研究,提出了生态公益林管护机制创新的措施对策。
Based on investigating and analyzing for issues of management-protection mechanism, presented the measures and countermeasures of management-protection mechanism innovation for ecological forest after collective forest property right system reform.
