建立监测地理信息系统是重点生态公益林经营管理发展的必然趋势,它利用3S技术对于传统森林监测是一次革新。介绍了重点生态公益林监测地理信息系统的功能、标准、规范要求。
The article introduces the function ,standard and requirement of monitoring GIS, which is the inevitable tendency on the development and management of key ecological public welfare Forest and is regarded as a revolution to the traditional Forest Resources Monitoring by using 3S technology.
