摘要
通过大量优化筛选计算,确定了应用流片厚度调整法的S1流面计算方法与考虑流片厚度变化影响的附面层计算模型,研究了湍流附面层分离后的反模式以及尾迹区的计算方法,在此基础上开发了一种新的S1流面迭代计算模型。通过可控扩散叶型(CDA)和双圆弧叶型(DCA)算例,验证了该迭代计算模型的有效性,为进一步完善风机与压缩机的设计和分析体系提供了技术储备。
Through a lot of optimization screening calculation, the S1 stream surface calculation method using stream blade thickness adjusting method and attached layer calculation model considering the effect of thickness change were confirmed. The reverse model after turbulent flow attached layer was separated and calculation method of tail trace were researched and develop a new S1 stream surface iteration calculation method based on it. Through calculation examples of CDA and DCA, the iteration calculation model is effective that were tested. It apply technology reserve to further perfect design and analysis system of fan and compressor.
