摘要
结合可靠性理论与实例,分别叙述了用应力—强度干涉模型、Monte Carlo模拟法进行压缩机零件可靠性设计和压缩机系统概率树模型的建立;介绍了自主开发的可靠性数据管理软件;提出了未来提高产品可靠性的措施。
Combined with reliability theory and cases, it is respectively stated how to use stress-strength interference model and Monte Carlo method to design the compressor parts as well as FTA model of compressor system.The paper introduces the self-developed management software of reliability data and points out the measures for improving the reliability of products in the future.
