摘要
采用2因素完全随机试验设计对蜡梅花茶窨制工艺进行试验研究,对所得数据利用DPS统计软件进行结果分析,得出配花总量、窨次以及它们的交互作用对蜡梅花茶品质都有显著的影响;多重比较(LSD法)得出配花总量为76kg/100kg、2窨次的花茶感官审评得分最高,与其他处理的差异达到极显著。
Two factors the total flowers into tea blank and fumigating times were arranged by random experiment. Then through analysis of variance by DPS, the total flowers into tea blank、fumigating times and their interactions had obvious influences on fumigated tea quality. By multiple comparisons it was proved that fumigated tea had high quality with 76 kg/100 kg and two fumigating times which had remark-able differences comparing with others.
