黄瓜果皮品质性状AFLP分析条件的优化

摘要 以果皮性状差异明显的两个黄瓜自交系0349-5和0345-2为试材,提取高质量的DNA,利用AFLP技术和64对引物对两个亲本DNA进行了分析,共得到79条差异带,每对引物平均产生1.23条差异带,多态性带的比例为1.4%,其中有8对引物表现的差异带多于6条。
