On the morning of May 28th,China Arts Institute was full of flowers and trees,the red banners with words of'the ceremony of establishment of China Sculpture Academy in the Chinese Art Institute ',seemed like a rainbow crossing with the blue sky and white clouds. The wise 、the old and the young gathered in the main meeting hall in harmony. The leaders of Chinese Democratic League 、Ministry of Culture 、Chinese Federation of Cultural Circles ,and the old distinguished experts,the scholars of the academic circles 、literary and art circles and the artists came from overseas gathered and participated the establishment festival of China Sculpture Academy in the China Arts Institute.
