纵析莆田泛雕塑生态圈——兼谈我的木雕生涯

摘要 莆田木雕兴于唐宋,盛于明清,蕴含着深厚的历史文化积淀和丰富的传统风格。改革开放以来莆田木雕业生产规模不断扩大,成为全国最大的木雕佛像、木雕工艺品主产地和集散地。所谓"莆田泛雕塑",可以理解为广泛意义的莆田传统雕塑艺术与现代雕塑艺术,也可以诠释为对富有闽莆地域特色的立体雕塑造型艺术的传统继承、本质保留和对其创作材料、技法和对象的可持续开拓与发展。莆田"泛雕塑生态圈"的形成和发展,既有利于创作媒材、设备、技法和题材的交流和合作,也有利于客源及货源的拓展和扩大。 The woodcarving in Putian,rose in Tang and Song dynasty and throve in Ming and Qing dynasty,include deeply history culture and abundant tradition.As the scale of the woodcarv-ing produce is becoming bigger and bigger after reform and opening-up,Putian is the biggest home of the woodcarving sacred images and handicrafts.Putian Pan-sculpture can be understood as the art of traditional and contemporary sculptures,and it can also be understood as a kind of progress which refers to the inheritance,reservation and development of the traditional modeling,materials,skills in tridimensional sculptures in the area.The establishment and development of Pan-sculpture Ecology System is hepful to the communication and cooperation of the media,equipment,skills and subject matter in creation,and helpful to broaden the scope of the customer and goods resources.
