摘要   干细胞是一类具有自我更新和分化潜能的细胞.骨髓衍生干细胞(bone marrow-derived stem cells,BMSC)不仅可以向多种组织细胞分化表现出形成不同细胞的可塑性,还具有广泛的迁移现象,参与各种组织的修复和再生.骨坏死是骨科疑难病症之一,其发病机制尚未明确,目前提出的有骨内高压学说、脂肪栓塞学说、微血管内凝血学说等.……
