两种白内障手术方法在治疗老年性白内障中的应用观察

The application observation of two kinds of operation methods on treating senile cataract

目的通过对比观察小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术与超声乳化白内障吸除术,探讨适合在老年性白内障防盲治盲中推广的手术方式。方法抽取108例老年性白内障患者,随机分为二组:超声乳化白内障吸除术手术组56例与小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术组52例。对比观察两种术式并发症、术后视力、手术成本。结果小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术与超声乳化白内障吸除术在老性白内障手术中的并发症、远期术后视力比较,差异均无统计学意义,而小切口非超乳白内障摘除术的手术成本明显低于超声乳化白内障吸除术。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术适合在老年性白内障防盲治盲中普遍推广。

Object To probe the operation methods suitable for application in treating senile cataract in preventing-blind activity . Methods The in-patiens with senile cataract (n=108) were randomly divided into two groups: Group A with phacoemulsificati-on cataract extraction (n=56), Group B with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction (n=52). Pre- and post-operation visual acuity, the cost and post-operation complication were evaluated. Results There was no significant differe- nce for post-operation visual acuity and complications between two- operations me- thods. But the cost of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction was much lower than phacoemulsification cataract extraction.Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction is suitable for application in treating senile cataract in preventing-blind activity.
